Analytik Jena AAS-Milestones

In December 1995 , Analytik Jena takeover of the analytical laboratory instruments business of Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH with full R&D, product design and manufactruring capabilities for atomic absorption spectrometers and UV visible spectrophotometers. AJ leads so the Jenaer tradition line away.

 

Groundbreaking stages of its successful progress at a glance:

1996

  • AAS 5 solid – the first graphite tubing system present at the market with the possibility the direct solid AAS.

2000

  • AAS ZEEnit ® 60 – compact spectrometer with  transversely heated graphite furnace and Zeeman background correction.

2004

  • contrAA®-Serie – a new technology that expands the field of the atomic spectrometry ? the High Resolution Continuum Source AAS.
